How To Order

How to login / register account

In order to place an order, buyer must first register an account.

1. At the home page, select the human logo on the top right corner. / Move your mouse to the human logo, and it will drop down the option “Login / Register”. Click on “Login / Register”
2. User is brought to the “My Account” page. Over here, buyer with already an existing account should fill in their username/email and password at the left section “Login”, and then click the “Login” button to login.
3. Users who are new and does not have an account yet, please fill in your email address and password at the right section “Register”, and then click the “Register” button to register an account.

Register account notes:

1. Email entered must be a valid email. Please do not use fake / relatives / other people’s email address to register as invoice will be sent to the email address.
2. Password entered should be at least twelve characters long. To make it stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & ). This is to ensure that nobody will be able to login to your account.

How to edit account details

1. At the home page, select the human logo on the top right corner to go to the “My Account” page. / Move your mouse to the human logo, and it will drop down the option “Dashboard” and “Logout”. Click on “Dashboard” to go to the “My Account” page.
2. In the “My Account” page, select “My Account Details” menu on the left side. This will bring you to the “Account details” page.
3. Enter the required details in the fields. For the “Password change” section, leave it empty if you do not want to change your password. Then, click the “Save changes” button to save the change.

How to add billing / shipping address

1. At the home page, select the human logo on the top right corner to go to the “My Account” page. / Move your mouse to the human logo, and it will drop down the option “Dashboard” and “Logout”. Click on “Dashboard” to go to the “My Account” page.
2. In the “My Account” page, select the “Addresses” menu on the left side. This will bring you to the “Addresses” page.
3. There are two different addresses user can add, one is Billing Address and the other one is Shipping Address. Click on the “Add” button on the respective section. 
4. User will be brought to the Billing Address or Shipping Address page. From there, fill in the required details and click “Save address”

How to find the products

1. At the home page, click on the red color “Order Now” to go to the Product Categories Menu page / Click on the “Order” menu at the top to go to the Product Categories Menu page.
2. In the Product Categories Menu page, please select the category of products you would like to browse through / Move your mouse to the “Order” menu at the top without clicking, and all the categories will be shown. From there, select the category of products you would like to browse through.
3. In each category, you can now view the product image, the product name and its price. 

How to view products

1. At the category page, click on the product itself, and it will bring you to the product detail page / At the category page, click on the “Quick View” button of the product, and the details of the product will pop up.
2. You can view the pictures of the product, the title in both English and Chinese, the price per unit, and its description.

How to add products to cart

1. In the product detail page, select the amount of product you want to buy by clicking “+” or “-”. Default unit is 1. Then, click on the dark green “ADD TO CART” button. / At the category page, click on the “Add to cart” button of the product. Default unit of product added is 1.

How to view cart

1. After adding the product into the cart, the cart will pop up on the right side of the screen. From there, you can view the products added to the cart.Click “X” to close the cart.
2. You can also click on the cart logo at the top right side of the screen to view the cart / You can also click on the “View cart” button at the cart pop up to view the cart page.

How to remove product from cart

1. After adding the product into the cart, the cart will pop up on the right side of the screen. From there, you can move your mouse to the product that you want to remove, and click on the small red color “x” button to remove the product.
2. In the cart page, remove the product by clicking on the “x” button left to the product.

How to checkout

1. Click on the cart icon at the top right corner, and then click on the “Checkout” button / At the cart page, select Shipping method and click the “Proceed to checkout” button.

How to apply coupon

1. At the cart page, scroll down to see the “Coupon code” section and insert the coupon code given inside, then click the “Apply coupon” button. The cart will reload and the final total price is updated.
2. At the checkout page, there is a line on the top showing: Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code. Click on the bolded link, and the coupon section will appear. insert the coupon code given inside, then click the “Apply coupon” button and the final total price is updated.

How to Place Order

1. At the checkout page, after filling in all the details, scroll down and click on the “PLACE ORDER” button. Once done, you will be brought to the summary page, and you may check the order details, and the payment bank.

Group Buy

1. For Group Buy, please make sure that you select your order delivery date to the subjected area delivery date.
2. Order cutoff time is 4 pm, the day before the area’s subjected delivery date.
3. At the checkout page, please select purchase method “Group Buy –
   ”, whereby the is the area to be delivered to.
4. For the shipping option, please select “Group Buy”.

Individual Buy

1. For Group Buy, please make sure that you select your order delivery date before confirming to checkout.
2. Delivery will not be made to the same date as the order was made. (X Order on 28/08/2021, delivery date on 28/08/2021 X).
3. Delivery can be made as early as the next day AS LONG AS order is made before 4 pm.
4. At the checkout page, please select the purchase method “Individual Buy”.
5. For the shipping option, please select “Individual Buy”.

Payment Options

Currently, our website only supports:

1. Direct Bank Transfer
2. Cash On Delivery (Only for repeated buyers)

For direct bank transfer, please take note of your order number, and then make the payment transfer to the bank account below:

Please include your order number in the reference field when making the payment.

After payment is done, please take a screenshot / picture of the transfer receipt and send it to Mr Eng via whatsapp as confirmation.

For cash on delivery, please do not pay to the transporter. After you have received your products, make the payment to the bank account above, and screenshot the proof to send it to Mr Eng.
